About Joe
Joe Pavelich, has been living and working in Nelson and surrounding area for over 30 years. He is part of an active, outdoor Kootenay family, where camping, biking and skiing are just a few of the passions which make Joe call Nelson Home. With 30 years of home building experience, Joe has developed a keen eye for building design and renovation possibilities. He has always had an interest in real estate – whether building for someone else, or participating in five personal real estate projects of his own. Having worked in the service industry for over 25 years as a certified ski guide, Joe has developed a great client base and the interpersonal skills to ensure client needs are met. With his personal building experience and great communication skills, Joe is looking forward to servicing current and future West Kootenay residents in the buying and selling of homes of their own.
